Sanitary line blockage before Christmas. Misdiagnosed blockage. Said they had the permit .Applied and never paid. Blockage in the street.. Homeowner not informed by them.
No work needed if the permit paid as City checks their side first. Homeowner had to call inspector and expose the pipes. Ashton applied for a permit only after reported. Inspection failed!
