After being treated as a not important customer when I needed repairs always advised to upgrade. I called Tio's Tubs.
It was the best thing I have done since investing in my tub. He was quick to come out and assess the problem and was quick to put it right. The prices were better then the dealership ever offered. Kat at the office is a dream to work with. And what can I say about Tim he is truly a people person and a marvel at his profession.

I found Tios Tubs Inc on Homestars in April 2012 and I'm so happy I did. Tim, the owner is a genius regarding pools and spas. He knows how to repair and replace almost every possible equipment needed to operate a pool and spa efficiently. My pool is 22 years old and of course pumps, sand filters etc. needed replacement. He's always available and always makes me feel that my calls are no problem. I have dealt with several pool companies over the years and when the season gets busy their attitudes change and they become very difficult to do business with. His office is organized by his partner Kat and between the two of them along with the great staff they have it's a win/win in everyway! I would recommend their services without hesitation!!

When we decided to install a safety cover on our inground pool, we shopped around for the best quality, service, and price. We found all that and more with Tim at Tio's Tubs. Quick turn-around time, friendly and courteous service, and a reasonable rate were only the start - he was ready to install ahead of schedule, and finished the job even though the sun was setting and the rain was pouring down! We were very impressed with Tim's work, and will recommend him to our friends. Great job, Tim!
