we got to work with a very knowledgabel sales person who made suggestions and corrected a lot of thigs we did not knwo about.He showed us other models and compared the prices. we bought a very good fan and are very happy.

We decided to upgrade almost all the appliances in our 15 year old home and had shopped around at other stores like Sears and Atlas. Walking into the Trail showroom was a relief. The sales man was not pushy and very knowledgable. I was impressed when he steered us away from a higher priced laundry pair in order to save almost 50% (with rebates etc) off a "last years" clearance model pair that were basically identical to the pair we were going to buy. Everyone at Trail from the sales man, to the customer service people to the delivery guys were great! We will definately return to Trail!

We wanted to install a water softener and a water filtration system in our new home. We had heard good reviews about Trail Appliances and made them our first stop.
Curt Williams answered all our questions and explained the cost and installation process to us. The appointment was made and the tech showed up on the scheduled day for installation. He was experienced and efficent. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions and concerns. We are pleased with our purchases and are enjoying both our soft water and drinking water as well.
We would not hesitate to visit Trail Appliances again for our future needs.

My wife and I decided to explore Trail Appliances for our kitchen renovation with no intent on buying immediately, rather explore options and acquire pricing for a complete kitchen appliance package. We were not harrassed while perusing, however near the end of our exploration the owner came to our aid in an effort to explore models and pricing. I cannot thyank him enough for his patience and education he provided without any pressure to buy, it was a pleasure to meet someone so respectful and accomodating to our needs without feeling like there was an expectation to purchase. I too am in sales and can appreciate allowing the product to sell itself, with an educated decision. Again I must state we had no intention of buying that day, however due to the comfort we felt with the Owner/Trail Appliances, we were confident that the products, price and service could not be matched anywhere else in the city. The experience was truely relaxing, educational and worthy of consumer satisfaction. I highly recommend Trail Appliances as your only place to shop for appliances offering you confidence in the product and finding your place in the family of Trail Appliances.

Loved going in and seeing all the different kitchens set up so we could have different ideas for our own when we are ready to do it and have all the different styles to choose from.

We bought range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge for a new kitchen renovations. Showed us all the options and allowed us to make our decision. Knew all about the products pros and cons. Friendly, professional and personalble. Would go back again. Delivery was on time and delivery staff were great and took the time to do it carefully.

About a year ago we purchased 7 appliances from this company and are very pleased. Customer service was very good! Delivered and installed all appliances within a week of purchase, which was great! The delivery guys damaged the fridge door while moving, unfortunately, but they were extremely nice about it and ordered and replaced the door right away with no hassle!

Having to purchase a new front load washer and dryer, we researched it extensively and found Tail Apliances to have the best price for the Samsung units we were looking for. Their customer service was great and we would definately refer anyone who is shopping for any appliances to go to Trail Appliances.

I recently purchased a whirlpool washer/dryer with great sales experience. Satisfied with the store in the beginning, yet once the warranty was over with the whirlpool appliances they fell threw with their services. I wish they would have informed me of the defects of the computer chip in the beginning and the fact the warranty did not cover this! I wish I had purchased a MayTag!

I recently returned a fridge, because I did not like it esthetically. I was helped out by a sales rep by the name of Wayne, who made the transition to upgrade without any problems and cost effective. I purchased the remainder of my kitchen appliances and washer/dryer as well since I was so pleased!
