Very disappointing sale and customer service
Be careful they are not honest people.
Sold me 1200 square feet of floors
During the sales process, they promised me I could return all the extra as long as it was in the closed box.
I have more than 200 ft left.
When I returned to the store hoping to return it, they acted like they had never seen me before, although I spoke to the person who sold me two weeks prior.
Demanded to see the invoice itself we're not willing to look in their system for the invoice.
Eventually, I convinced them to search in the system, and they found my invoice within less than 1 minute.
Apparently, on the invoice, they marked that it's a final sale, although they specifically told me during the sales that I could return the product!!!
So basically, I'm stuck right now with $600 worth of product without them being willing to help.
Their prices are the same as any other store that I went to. I would highly recommend going to a different store.
