The City's swage system backed up and flooded our basement which was fully furnished with hardwood flooring. In addition to other services that we needed we had to replace the existing engineered hardwood flooring. We had dealt with Khody in another occasion and we were impressed with his work. When we phoned him this time around he came over, inspected the place and quoted us the cost. He also helped us purchase our hardwood by accompanying us to few stores providing us with professional advice and intimid knowledge of the products. We bought our new hardwood which he installed professionally and more importantly on a timely basis. We now have a basement that looks ten times better than it did before we got flooded.
