Wow.. was really a pleasure dealing with Andrew. Just the Highest Level of craftsmanship with this guy. OCD type of attention to detail and transparency make this guy a rarity in the business. The hardware for my door was slightly loose after install. Andrew called it out and made sure company sent a new handle. Even sent me a UPS update of when shipment arrived. He reinstalled it. Done. Lusso Designs will definitely get a call from me in the future. Truly Comendable work!

But it was great to see it all come together perfectly in the end! Cant wait to see it once the porch is all finished (I'll definitely be bugging You for those pictures towards the end of the summer:))))
