It's an absolute pleasure to work with Andrew from the beginning to the end of the whole process. I had changed the design of the sitelites at least 5 times, yet he was extremely patient with all my requests and got back with drawings which helped me visualize my design. The end product looks exactly the same as what I have expected. The quality of the door and the installation were also excellent. The installation process was seamless and the door looked gorgeous. I'd say that Andrew was on the top among all the contractors I have worked with so far! Sometimes he may be slow in responding (because he has so many customers), but be assured that he will get back to you. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the whole process and my door, and will definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who needs door replacement!

Your door is definitely among my favorites of 2021, in big part thanks to Your creativity - was great working with You on figuring out that sidelite design (maybe next time we'll try to keep the revisions to 2-3 :)))) The door turned out truly amazing! Thank You for mentioning the response timing as Im totally aware that this is an area that can use a bit of improvement - depending on the workload my response may take a day or two and I'm certainly working on figuring out ways to keep up with it better. This year(2022), I'd say Im under 24 hours on 95% of my messages thanks to a few changes in how I organize my work flow.
In the end though rest assured, I always will get back to my clients on their emails ( and also texts, voicemails, Instagram messages, facebook messages, houzz messages, homestars messages, google messages, what;s up messages, Viber messages, LinkedIn messages - got to love the technological progress, does anyone remember when simply calling back on voicemails was the only thing required from the business owner to be "on top of things" :)))))))
