We called Joe Bruno to investigate a mouse and some attic noises we had seen/heard. He was able to quickly come to our house, investigate where the mouse was coming from by visiting the basement, checking all doors and going into the attic. Afterwards, he spotted where the mouse's entry point and quickly resolved the issue! He's extremely thorough and meticulous. Thanks Joe for the pleasant service and giving us peace of mind again! I called him on a Monday morning at 7am and he called back within the hour. We had a lone ranger of a raccoon get into our basement via the crawlspace. He had managed to get himself stuck in the rafters of the basement ceiling.

Joe was by in the afternoon and after some poking and prodding, he got the large beast out, unharmed. He then boarded up the opening with some extra wood to close it up. He then provided some great advice and expertise of how to prevent things like this from happening again.

Joe is part of a lost breed of professional, efficient, kind contractors who do honest, good work. He's gone away with another happy client. Last but not least, he had the most reasonable price out of the four quotes I received.

I'll definitely be keeping his card in my files in case anyone ever needs help with rodents or pests.

We had a raccoon who got into our unfinished basement through our crawl space under the house. Somehow it managed to wedge itself in the rafters of the basement. I called Joe at 7am on a Monday morning after we found it, and he called back just after 8am. He was here by 3pm and the raccoon was out in a half hour. Joe then stuck around to take a look and boarded up the entryway to the crawlspace. The raccoon was unharmed and Joe went away with another happy customer. He was efficient, polite, informative and full of great tips. Lastly, his price was better than all of the other companies I called. I recommend him for any of your raccoon removal needs.

Called Joe, mice in attic, he gave me an estimate. Gave me instructions on how to deal with the problem. Offer to return if needed. Free estimate. Unbelievably friendly, honest, truth, knowledgeable. This is the man to call!

Joe was very thorough as compared to other pest control services. He took the time to find where the mice might be entering the home and sealed the existing holes. Most companies would place traps or poison the pests, but Joe actually took the time to solve the problem for good. He was very reasonable with his fees. When I discovered ants in the frame of a door I was having repaired I was quite depressed. Two years before when I was seeing ants I'd had the house sprayed with a chemical that made my cat very sick, and I didn't want to do that again. When Joe came he was incredibly helpful in explaining the root cause of my problem (an ant colony outside the house) and why the last treatment hadn't worked (it had only affected the ants in the house, but didn't stop the main colony outside the house from sending more ants in afterwards.)

He taught me what to look for when trying to locate that outside colony, and dusted only a few strategic areas with an insecticidal powder.

I just had the best bad experience once can have. I live in a semi-detached house and my neighbour and I share the attic. I've heard squirrels in the attic for a couple of weeks and spoke to my neighbour. The squirrels were entering the attic along the roof-line through my neighbour's side, this didn't concern her and she had no plans to fix the problem.

I know how much damage squirrels can cause and looked on Homestars and called Joe at Snap. What an amazing man! Not only did he fix the current problem but also patched the next obvious entry point. Plus took pictures of the job, explaining what he did. He also took pictures of damaged shingles that needing fixing on both mine an my neighbours house, saving us $$$$ way before we would have realized there was a problem!

What I really appreciate - he gave me an estimate for the job, realizing I was paying for my neighbour's house - that was more than fair, plus he did some additional preemptive work and didn't charge me extra.

Now that is someone I will recommend to my friends and family any day.
