We discovered mice infestation after moving into an older home. The company I hired was able to temporarily fixed the issue but the problem reappeared last fall again, since they did not find the entry points by which the mice were coming in. I called Joe at Snap Control after reading excellent reviews on HS in early December. Joe is a professional. He explained the process of elimination and took his time to inspect the property. He spent few hours outside to close off all possible entry point and re baited the inside of the house. So far I have not seen any new evidence of mice. Joe mentioned that he will visit again in Spring and check all the bait stations. I highly recommend Joe for his professionalism and work ethic.

Thanks for your kind review. The issue came down to an open access point and heavy baiting in order to get this issue under proper control. Having seen this scenario once before on another job helped narrow things down. It is nice to hear that things are improving and I look forward to conducting another inspection in the spring. Joe
