It started with a mouse in the 1st floor of the house, and a second sighting on the 2nd floor. No evidence of mice had been seen in the house since it was renovated 6 years ago. We were worried there was a bigger problem. Joe came - he was great, calm and tracked how he thought the mice might be getting into the house. He said there was no infestation. We caulked off areas by the back entrance, he put some screen around the lower parameters of the back porch. Feeding stations were placed around the house on the various floors. A follow-up visit by Joe indicated they had not been touched - so tape and different types of traps were placed around the kitchen area. One mouse was caught and Miguel chased another one outside from the 1st floor. That was it! No further evidence - the entry points were sealed and problem resolved. Joe came to do a final check and there was no new evidence. He was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. Joe also took care of a growing wasp nest in the gable of the garage. Thank you Joe! Thanks guys for the review.This job involved a few pesky mice that managed to enter the home via a small gap in the siding. The mice weren't hungry and traps were used since their entry was now closed. Finding such a tiny access point was accomplished through a long initial inspection. Sealing the area is crucial towards achieving longer lasting results.Jioe
