We chose Joe based on the reviews and his website. I liked that he had before and after shots of what he'd done to deal with pests. He seemed to have experience dealing with a variety of pests and that he was a problem solver (installing grating, etc). He did not disappoint.
The service was thorough. Joe even used a camera to see into the small spaces and whether or not the mice had been travelling that way/nesting -- they had. Joe just didn't put down bait. He spent a long time evaluating the problem, and considering a solution.
Impressive service! Would recommend him to everyone!

Thanks Mark for the positive review. I sensed that the mice had gained access via the crawl space area but how they were getting there proved quite tricky. I had to take a sneak peak at your neighbors house were I could see a gap under their front door which was a clear connection to your problem via the semi-detached equation. Sometimes you have to explore beyond your own property to solve a pest issue. In the end the openings were sealed up tight with some flashing and no more mice. Glad it worked out so well,
