Snap Pest Control

Hi,

I first met Joe when I had a problem with mice in 2009 after having some work done in my basement. At random I just chose to contact Snap Pest Control and Joe made an appointment to see me immediately. After a walk around the house to try to determine where the mice were making entry into the house, he immediately went to work in blocking off areas that he thought they could make entry. He then entered the house and again had a look around at the cupboard areas and other places where he showed me where the mice were running around. Bait and traps were set in spaces in the house where he thought they may be hiding and within a two week period, my mice problem was under control. In early May 2012 another problem arose where squirrels were making entry into my basement and knowing how pleased I was with Joe's service after the mice problem, I contacted him again although I was not sure that squirrels were his specialty, but he came right away and he discovered that the problem was that the squirrels were gaining entry through my chimney which did not have a covering. He ensured that the area was covered with wire mesh and returned a week later to do the final covering with a piece of sheet metal.

Our problem is now solved and I would like to take this opportunity to say how reliable and dependable Joe has been to deal with these problems that we had over the years. I would also like to say that his price range was very acceptable
