WE hired JBG to redo our family room. We removed parquet floor and had tile and heated floor put in. They did the project well and quickly fitting our necessary timeline.

I hired JBG to do a 2 bathroom and kitchen tile job. They did a great job. Tile setters were very polite and excellent setting tiles. We were left with a disaster of a tile job. The master bathroom tiles are stained and breaking because the adhesive wasn't evenly applied below, ensuite tiles stained from not cleaning and are now stained beyond replair, and the foyer tiles are popping up. Had the owner of a major tile company come in to look at the job and they said it was the worst tile job they have ever seen.
