Andrei and his team are fantastic, i cant speak highly enough. From the first meeting Andrei was kind and patient. He listened well and took the time to understand our project. We had originally thought we needed to have all of our floors refinished, but after he walked through our century old house to assess the situation, he advised us that the main floor was actually in great shape and a simple buff and re-coat would suffice. He popped in a couple of times before the project started to address some additional work that arose in our reno process. Andrei took much care to discuss our finishing stain options custom mixing colours to best match what was already in the house and to help mask deep stains. And he isnt just a sales guy, though he could make an excellent career as one, he was there every day of our project overseeing the work and expertly doing the detail work. In the end we had him refinish floors on two floors, match oak strip flooring in a room that was formerly covered in vinyl tile, buff and recoat our original staircase that had been covered up for 60 years as well as patch the floor on the main floor and match it to the existing finish. Every corner of our house that he touched is beautiful. Unbelievable!!
