I Love my new ortho firm mattress. I found the company on line and called and then went to see what I would be buying. Andy showed me several mattresses and I found the one that suited me. He didn't push me to buy the more expensive one. Prompt delivery and he helped me carry it up the stairs of my home. Thanks again. AJ
