[work order number: 323774] Two days ago, I noticed that our Bosch Axxis dryer was making a strange squealing noise upon start-up that was different from how it functioned for the last six years. Ace arrived and double-checked everything even though he didn't think the noise was an indicator of a problem. He found that the inside of the machine was full of lint (not the lint trap itself) and extremely dirty so he took apart the entire dryer, cleared out the lint and relocated the vent tube for maximum air flow and to reduce the fire hazard. I can still hear the noise but he assures me that it's working fine since he had called a Bosch engineer to go over everything. The Bosch dryer came with the house when we bought it and we hope it continues to work nicely for the duration of its lifetime, which Ace says should be about 20 years.

This is the third time I have used elite appliance service. I was very happy with their first two repairs that I decided to call them directly this time. I would highly recommend them and was once again satisfied with their service. On another note, don't buy samsung appliances, they are absolute garbage.

Repair person very courteous, knowledgeable, and provided good information to allow a consumer to make informed decisions. Appreciated the text to update when the repair person would be arriving. It was sometimes difficult to get through to the company to book the appointment but once successful, my calls were efficiently answered. Costs were very upfront.

Work order #319945. I found the call center people not very helpful and very complicated to book an appointment. I found the technician very nice and mostly helpful; he was the best part of Elite. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed bc it was difficult to find the root cause. And what became difficult was trying to rebook. I have no idea on the fee for service as I did not pay for this service; But I cannot uncheck the option.

My Frigidaire stove needed a new circuit board.
Service was fast and very polite! I called and had an appointment that week. Great experience! The technician was even able to come early so I didn't have to wait around.
