Had to replace recalled power cord (covered under warranty) and door tension pulley kit. Technician was knowledgeable, quick, professional. Thought price was expensive for door kit replacement. Experience was stress-free.

We just got our Viking cooktop fixed by Elite Appliance. From the first call placed to the repair service all staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their text and email service is amazing at booking appointments and it even notifies you of the technicians time of arrival. The part for the Cooktop was still covered by warranty and Elite took care of the process of getting the part from the manufacturer. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

We had an issue with our laundry machine. The service tech came by and immediately figured out the issue. The service was professional and the prices were reasonable. Had a good experience and recommend to others!

We called re our Viking fridge. It had defrost issues. Elite texted us an approx time the technician would be there, and because I was at work, but live very close to my work, he called me giving me a 10 min window, I was able to run home, have him do his thing, and return to work, not losing any time or money.
While the technician was there we asked him to order new seals for the fridge because ours were ripped and were not functioning properly in our opinion. Even though there was a wait for the seals, as they were a special order, the process was the same with regards to arrival time of technician, etc.
The work was completed efficiently and we could not have asked for a more professional, polite technician. We would not hesitate to call them again. ( work order number :310289)

We just got our Samsung Fridge fixed by Chris from Elite Appliance / wo# 311495 and it went really smooth and he came prepared to fix this fridge on his first visit, which was a nice surprise, our past experiences with other service centers were very disappointing. We are glad we contacted Elite Appliance and for now on they will our main contact for any issues related to our appliances. Overall it was a great service and experience. Thanks Chris!

My dryer was making rattling noise and something snapped off while it was running. Called Elite services and booked appointment first, and I had to switch the day due to my work. Then I used text message to reschedule, it was very convenience and staff was very nice. So today Conan and his staff came in and repaired dryer within 30mins, I asked for the issue my stove too, very kindly they took a look and tried to fix it but unfortunately it was installed wrong from the beginning. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied after his visit.

Service number 4145041781. Larry and other gentleman serviced my Samsung refrigerator and they were so professional and I got a lot of information of good maintenance tip from them. They left the kitchen area spotless even though it was pretty messy job. They arrived on time and my refrigerator works perfect now. I was previously disappointed by Samsung customer service, but Elite Appliance' service was more than I expected.

Elite services uses txt messages to book my appt and when my technician came to visit me. Derek my tech helped to fix our dryer. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied after his visit.
