The technican was friendly fast and efficent. Elite applicance communicated the status of the technicians arrival and made this process very fast. I would recommend this company and call them again in future for any applicance repairs

Newly installed samsung dishwasher had a minor leak on a Friday. Techs do not work on weekend, so we had to wait until Monday.
However, both support centre and tech, were super friendly and attentive. The issue was resolved quickly. Great service.

Mike arrived on time to fix a manufacture recall and to replace both door springs. He explained what needed to be done, provided an estimate, and completed the work efficiently. All is well.... Would highly recommend Mike/Elite Appliance. Thanks You... no more hand washing dishes ... Yahoo !! :-)

Polite and good dish washer appliance service. Tech tecnitian came and found the problem and then Solved the issue. Job was done in a hour with no mess or clean up necessary.

I submitted a request to service my LG washer and Elite responded right away. In fact, other companies I contacted turned down the request! Elite came through and was friendly throughout the process from the initial communication, to booking, to the actual service. Despite being caught up in rush hour traffic in Toronto in the rain, the service technician still came to Mississauga and worked till almost 9 pm to resolve my issue (bad motor). That is dedication to customer satisfaction. Great work!
