My advice to you is ASK FOR TONY CHEN! He organized and executed the project with efficiency, high standards and professionalism. I will be asking him and his team to do another project for me in August.

Two workers in particular, Ridwan Babalola and Eddie Ismaël Ouédraogo, did a super job prepping, sanding, painting my porch and shutters on my old house. They also did some minor repair work (repairing loose lattice work and renailing boards that had come loose). Always professional as well as cheerful and friendly, they were a pleasure to have around. They left the site tidy at the end of each day and at the end of the project. Would not hesitate to recommend them or their company. (The young man who came before to do the pressure washing was also excellent. I didn't get his name unfortunately.)

Michael and Liz did a great job - careful, professional, prepped well, cleaned up everything - polite, responsive and responsible and fun as well. They worked hard, a couple of long days to day on track. Very happy with the process and the results and would recommend to anyone. Great value for money and delivered as promised.

Scholars at Your Service took the time to work with us, making sure that all of our project concerns were looked after, right down to small details. They provided a detailed quote and work plan, checked in with us regularly for any questions and feedback about the work, and worked hard to complete all the needed finishing touches. We would hire them again.

We hired Amaan and his team to paint a small room for our daughter, and to do it quickly before the end of the week (new furniture was coming in).

He accommodated us and the painter was professional, courteous, quick and clean.

We had a misunderstanding on which walls was going to be painted which color: two tints of the same color were to be used, and although he had understood that we were going with his suggestion, we thought we had agreed on the opposite. We talked that over, he apologized about the misunderstanding, and in the end his professional opinion was probably correct, and the resulting choice was smart and looked good.

We'll hire them again.

Amaan came to my door and I was impressed by his professionalism from the very start. We had a lot to paint so Amaan offered to come by at our convenience for a quote. He thoroughly detailed measurements and painting preferences of every room before offering an estimate. Unfortunately I could not afford to paint the entire first floor of my home and upstairs hallway but Amaan was extremely accommodating. He offered to paint the most difficult areas that required a ladder - Máté & Alex delivered! Sharp cut lines, full coverage rolls and a thorough shop vac job later I had a front entry to be proud of! Thank you!

I hired Scholars in the summer of 2017 to re-stain my front porch stairs. All was great until it started peeling in early 2018. I called Scholars and they promptly sent their regional rep (Tony Chen) to address the situation. Tony came by, inspected the situation and said that he'd take care of it. It took several weeks to get the appointment setup, as Tony came by in early Spring (way too cold to do any form of outside painting/staining).

Not only was this all covered by Scholars' warranty, Tony personally came by to complete the work himself. I'm happy to say that the porch is back to its original state like it was stained the very first day.

Tony did a fantastic job! He was very approachable, respectful and always in contact. I really appreciated his follow-up. And lastly, to have the company re-affirm that it stands by its work is amazing. I was expecting to have to pay but for them to say it was all covered by warranty is nothing short of outstanding!

Dylan worked on our doors and was completely professional and pleasant to have around the house. From his initial estimate and assistance with color choosing through to the completion of the job he worked in a calm methodical manner. The final work is wonderful we are so pleased!

Ali Torabi did an excellent job. he was punctual, courteous, professional. there was no mess. work was clean and neat.
he did a very good clean-up on completion.

Kitchen and Mudroom - Very satisfied with the work done. Everything I was promised, happened. Bryan and Kyle checked with me frequently to make sure I knew what was happening. The overall quality of the work and service was great. Highly recommend Bryan and his company.
