The team gave me a call a day in advance to confirm their arrival. They went through what my neighbour and I needed to prep (e.g., move away any items on the driveway, dont wash the driveway, etc.). They arrived in the time window they specified and did an initial walk through. A very professional and respectful crew as they reconfirmed their activities, was quick to start the job. The overall task was done within 90 minutes and they ran through the Dos and Donts after the initial sealing. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome!

One of my garage door openers malfunctioned and the chain became dislodged. I called Garage Help and they responded within the same day. Mike showed up with the necessary tools and found out that one of the pulley had become damaged. He fixed it all within an hour and also re-calibrated the opener. Lastly, he took the time to re-grease the joints and springs on both garage doors. Thanks for the prompt service!

The folks at EcoComfort are the real deal. Prompt, professional and polite. The cleaned up the site after the work was done and also gave me an opportunity to review before they left. You couldn't ask for a better level of service! I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.

I hired Scholars in the summer of 2017 to re-stain my front porch stairs. All was great until it started peeling in early 2018. I called Scholars and they promptly sent their regional rep (Tony Chen) to address the situation. Tony came by, inspected the situation and said that he'd take care of it. It took several weeks to get the appointment setup, as Tony came by in early Spring (way too cold to do any form of outside painting/staining). Not only was this all covered by Scholars' warranty, Tony personally came by to complete the work himself. I'm happy to say that the porch is back to its original state like it was stained the very first day. Tony did a fantastic job! He was very approachable, respectful and always in contact. I really appreciated his follow-up. And lastly, to have the company re-affirm that it stands by its work is amazing. I was expecting to have to pay but for them to say it was all covered by warranty is nothing short of outstanding!

Mark is a consummate professional who did an amazing job! He was extremely courteous and always solicited my feedback before he finalized each install. He completed the work on time and within the original quote he gave me. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mark again for future projects! I wanted to have my recent house purchase prepared before I moved in. On the advice of a friend, I started looking for duct cleaners because I have a newborn son. I looked up on Homestars and came across Canaduct. From the point of making the appointment and the day of the appointment, Canaduct conducted themselves in an absolute professional manner. Both Paul and Patrick were knowledgeable and provided great advice on my HVAC system. Additionally, Paul took note that the basement recently had some fresh paintwork and he was very considerate in laying out padding to protect the paint from any marring. My cost was a bit higher because Paul did some additional cleaning on my AC and replaced the filter on my humidifier.
