They were provided with a list of items to clean in order of importance and didn't bother with the most important items. Left the majority dirty. They refused to inspect before hand and provide a quote - I had to pay per hour, up front. When I complained after seeing the job they said that they'd look into it and never got back to me. Overall horrible experience.
