Eco-Tech (Duro-Last Roofing System)

I have never had such difficulty as I have had dealing with Eco-Tech Roofing Solutions.

Each time Tom Barr or Mike Beauchemin have promised to begin work, they have wasted my time, and those of contractors waiting for them in order to complete work, by not showing up. They are oblivious to the damage they inflict by throwing the safety and security to the wind of people waiting in vain for work, for which they have contracted, to be started.

I have contacted both Mike and Tom requesting the return of my deposit on numerous occasions in many forms stating that I no longer wish to have them work on my home as they are neither reliable nor trustworthy. They have refused to return the deposit although they have broken the terms of the contract on many occasions by not showing up, leaving customers stranded, at the end of the season, with no alternative. Eco-Tech Roofing Solutions insist on keeping the deposit and returning in the new roofing season to begin work. One minute they are promising a higher product, the next they are offering a discount, but, in the end they do not show up.
