The sales staff were knowledgable and extremely friendly to deal with. They didn't just sell us the product they took the time to help us with styles and colours and explain the differences in the products we were looking at. when we asked questions about the product (particularly the carpet) they found the answer and responded in short order . The install staff was equally as friendly and their workmanship was very impressive.
