Cost too high for 1 hour when did not even have to go to the electric panel to complete the job

Paul is awesome, friendly, smart, knowledgeable, and efficient. He’s really good at what he does.

Paul came by to give me an estimate on task lighting for the kitchen as well as adding four exterior pot lights.
He was on time, courteous and explained everything to me. He and his colleague installed the lights within two weeks of the estimate. I was very
pleased with how much more functional my kitchen is now and how the exterior pot lights light up the side of the house.
Paul and his colleague were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up inside and out …. like they were never there.

The company was fantastic from initial phone call to finished product. They were completely upfront about all costs, and came in right at the quote. They corrected the error another electrician had “solved”. The electrician on site detailed the work he completed, and even asked if we required help setting up the smart home functionality of what was installed. Very friendly and professional service. Paul, the technician, came at the scheduled time, was very efficient, friendly, professional, and cleaned up completely. He even took the time to explain a few things about electrical wiring to me. The technician was very professional and was patient with a my question. I was very to have my problem resolved. I would highly recommend Mr Electric and would use them again if I have a electrical problem.

My interaction with this company from the outset was great. I found that the technician who came out to restore power to my home listened before completing his diagnosis of any issues and completing any work and suggested improvements and/or recommendation that could be made going forward. My only critique would be the price that I paid for a new switch which was overpriced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an electrician.
