Mr. Electric of GTA West

I called to have a recent installation of a chandelier and dimmer switches checked. Getting a time for inspection was simple. They called back from a "quote" request in no time. I received an email day before showing me who was coming and when. I received a call prior to the electrician showing up. All good so far. Gets even better. Once the electrician arrives we assess the problem and I'm assured that the problem I was encountering is nothing to worry about. There is no danger but simply an inconvenience on the way the installation was done. As such he recommends we think about changing the installation but he reminds me we don't have to. He leaves - as I was promised when setting up the appointment - without charging us for the visit and advice. I will absolutely being suing Mr. Electric going forward as they proved to be reputable, and honest.
