My 3 story "mini mansion" is a major "reno" but on a 85 year olde foundation and building footprint... an infill "replacement" house. Although the building is high and appears large the actual square footage of living space is less than 2150 square feet.Canspec was exceedingly prepared, organized, professional and insightful. Mr. Watters addressed the unique aging problems and realistic risks of the as is basement and the wind and weight concerns of a third floor higher than adjacent and adjoining neighbours. Canspec was ABOVE and BEYOND in their service, advice, heads up and helpful directions. I only wish that I had signed up for the pre-listing inspection report.
