Thank you to Marnie and the amazing installation crew for going over and above in consulting and installing my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Amazing customer service. If I could give more stars, I would!! I had been dreading this day for months. First of all, Convertible Air was recommended to me through a colleague at work who had recently purchased a home and had to immediately replace their HVAC units. Marnies consultation was very thorough and set expectations for the work that was going to need to be done. Replacing a 20+ furnace and AC unit required a few changes to be made as the units are now high efficiency. I have finished drywall and there was re-routing to do both inside and out and also a few unknowns ie. a possible new chimney liner. Marnie was extremely reassuring and what I felt most was the confidence that the job would be done well and safely. She gave me some time to absorb/breathe as I am sincerely the most anxious person. After countless emails for my never ending questions, with my heart literally pounding, we set a date for the third week in October. Well, the temperature dropped and my old furnace just didnt have the ability to provide heat any longer. I reached out to Marnie immediately who not only was able to bump up the date, she also offered to drop off some portable heaters which she did so that evening. Thank you. So here we are on installation day, the installers were awesome. Kind, respectful, problem solvers and basically magicians for all of the amazing work that they did. Although I was literally under their nose for most of the day, they were able to able to achieve, not just achieve, exceed what I had asked them to do. They truly are there to do a job and what needs to be done, needs to be done, but they went over and above to make sure that I was happy even if it was going to take a little longer. So they exceeded my expectations. Also, bonus, I didnt need to replace my chimney liner. So thank you Marnie, and your crew. This is a family owned business and what you feel is cared for. They treat you like family. Thank you so much.

Was referred by my neighbor, who had a replacement in May. I made the call they came the next day with a very reasonable quote. The install was done the following day, the workers were very polite, professional and left no mess. I would recommend this company.

I contacted Marnie at Convertible air for a quote on replacing my central ac unit with a new one. She suggested upgrading to a cold climate heat pump so as to help reduce our carbon foot print and energy costs. Marnie helped educate me on how a heat pumps works and what different brands I should consider. After doing my research, I went with the Kinghome Gree unit that Marnie suggested. Install went perfectly with no hitches and the installers went over operation with me after completion including some older pieces in my hybrid HVAC system. As an addition, my copper line that fed my old ac unit was also replaced as it was only considered as acceptable for my new heat pump at no extra charge! I would certainly recommend Convertible Air for your next HVAC needs.

I had been suffering from poor furnace quality for the past several years as my furnace was very old. This new furnace has already warmed my house, and my heart. The installation of everything was timely and everyone was very friendly. On top of this there is a one year warranty! I am very pleased with everything, Happy Thanksgiving!

Installer showed up on time,completed work professionally. Work area was covered and cleaned up after the install was completed. He answered my questions without hesitation. Michael was very helpful in provding us with options at a reasonable price. He arranged for installation that met our schedule. We are very happy and ready to enjoy the upcoming heating season with a reliable furnace.

Happy with the whole process from quote to completion. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in the estimated time. Very knowledgeable installer, he explained all the steps and how he would handle them. Left a clean, professional installation.

Didnt exactly go as planned. The two technicians they sent were very good, tried everything they could think of to get the new Gree Heat Pump working once it was installed, but just couldnt figure it out. They eventually concluded that the main component that sits inside the house, above the furnace unit was probably defective. They said theyd be back later the next day due to another job. I spoke with the owner of the company and he re-prioritized their work and they showed up first thing the next day. After another 2-3 hours, it was installed and running properly. So, I cant give the company 5 stars, since they took 2 days to install, during 30c weather (and no AC). I gave them 5 stars on recommending the company since the pricing was fair compared to other quotes, the technicians were efficient, friendly and transparent about the problem they encountered and the owner understood my frustration about not completing the job and made me a priority.

We called Convertible based on Homestars reviews. Homestars has always been a great tool to find reliable companies for our home repairs and renovations. Michael came out to quote the job and was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us 3 recommendations. We went with an Armstrong furnace. We also got them to install an GereralAir Humidifier. Ali came within a week of making our decision and removed the old furnace and installed the new one within the day. Area was clean and Ali worked so quietly we barely knew he was here. He answered all our questions and gave us the paperwork needed to register the furnace. The only reason I don't give a 10 out of 10 is we haven't had a chance to use the furnace. The weather is too beautiful for heat !!! We are hoping the furnace works well and heats our space efficiently. I will update shortly once the cold weather hits.
