Focus Home Inspections

My husband & I are in the process of purchasing our second home. My husband was so impressed with Mel's attention to detail on the our first purchase that he knew Mel would be our go to for any future home inspections. We were an inspection away from buying again, when Mel discovered unforseen problems that could have cost us thousands of dollars. His knowledge and understanding of the "bones" of a house is impressive, he provides suggestive improvement options, and explains things so that us as homeowners can understand. We are still looking for a home and when we do, we know that we'll be calling Mel.
