Zusashi started cleaning our office from our previous location a few years ago. Then, when we moved to our current much larger premises, we had them come in and do a renovation/start up cleaning for us. The crew continued the weekly service. During the time they have been with us, they have also steam cleaned our carpets annually and stripped and waxed the floors. It has always been important to us that they are liability insured and WSIB certified. The service is prompt, priced competitively and professional. I would personally recommend their services.

Zusashi has been cleaning our offices for a few years now. The staff is pleasant to work with and is always eager to please. If they miss anything, say, a spot behind the printer we let Zee know and they make sure to attend to it on the subsequent visit.

We had to move out of our office premises to a new one in Mississauga. We were using Zusashi for Janitorial services at the time. A lot of unwanted materials had accumulated over the years in the office and back in the warehouse. The night crew cleaned out the office and warehouse from top to bottom and bagged and removed the debris to the dumpsters. The job was completed in one evening and the premises were ready for the new tenant the next morning.

Last year we moved out from our condo and needed a cleanup. The cleaners showed up on time and were very through with the job. The apartment was cleaned to the satisfaction of the landlord. We got our deposit back. Great job, thank you.

We’ve contracted this company to do office-cleaning maintenance. Since they do this after office hours it is hard to describe exactly what they do, but it is basic work; vacuuming, dusting, removing garbage. I’d say the work they do is good but there is always room for improvement. Other than that they do a reasonably good job.

I have a couple of houses and I've used them a few times for their services. The price is very reasonable and Z makes sure that he works under our budget. The service is always very good.
