We recently had the pleasure of working with Alex on a large renovation involving building a two story addition and gutting the existing house. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Cadaxx. Alex had some outstanding architectural and design ideas and came up with plans that were innovative and suited our needs perfectly. He helped us successfully navigate the complexities of getting city and TRCA permits, and represented us at the committee of adjustments. We probably would not have been able to move forward with this project if not for all his help and expertise. Alex has been extremely patient and flexible about making changes to the plans as we went along with the project, and he worked very quickly and efficiently to update the plans as needed. Communication with Alex and his team, Shoshi and Sandra, was always a pleasure. The entire team was very professional, friendly and responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner.
