Mike is a professional and patient inspector. He inspected the house carefully and explained what he had found. When talking about any issue about the house, he explained me the possibly reasons and the way to repair or improve. He was patient to answer all my question.

Mike showed up prior to the scheduled time with tools in hand ready to get to work. The inspector found items in ten minutes that we would have never known to check. We were shown a lot of little things that needed attention, a few things that needed replacement , and 2 things that may have bankrupt us or cost us a relationship.

THIS HOME INSPECTION SAVED US YEARS OF GRIEF. I have sent the business card to friends minutes after the inspection. It was worth 10x the cost. We are for sure using Buyer's Edge services again on the next house.

All I would say is that we are so lucky to have Mike as our home inspector.

He is very punctual and professional and highly efficient.
He won't miss any detail. He will dig into any evidence looks abnormal and figure out what is behind it. He pointed out the electrical wiring problem in the basement which was even missed by the verified electrician. We received a nicely organised report with pictures and repair suggestions a few hours after the inspection.
