I called Adrian to take a look to our toilets in the whole house ( we have 4 of them ). He gave us 2 options : to fix, or replace them which we actually did. With a good deal from Home Depot and rebate from city we save a lot of money thanks to Adrian's advice.
We strongly recommend him.
