I knew one day I would work with Lee & Jody when I viewed their completed kitchen renovation at my neighbours home. That kitchen was stunning. Exercising due diligence, I went through the process of meeting with a few designers and contractors, however Lee from Innova Kitchen & Baths was superior in his attention to detail and quality of product. Jody, the contractor, is an integral part of this team. He is a true craftsman. Jody is extremely clean during the entire process. Say yes to "zipper doors". Dust was not an issue at all. Was there anything negative about the remodel? No. We knew going in that our kitchen remodel would take time to complete and that was ok with us. This was our first remodelling experience and it did not need to be rushed. Whenever we had a comment or concern, we talked about it and it was immediately addressed. We've been using the kitchen for a couple of months now and we must say it is uber functional. Lee listened to my concerns regarding the overall use of the space and my desire to keep the space consistent with the rest of the home. This is a dream kitchen for our family and the whole process was exactly liked we planned. Highly recommend their services. Thank you Innova Kitchens & Baths for a wonderful remodelling experience.

I was very happy with Lee of Innova Design. He met me at my home and was friendly and knowledgeable. He made informed suggestions for me to consider and agreed to be in touch with his design ideas quickly. He contacted me within 10 days to set up a follow up visit. When we met again I was very impressed. He captured exactly the look I wanted and gave me some options to consider. He was never pushy or impatient. I would highly recommend Innova for any design needs.

Lee Stergios of Innova has designed a kitchen renovation for me. He did a great job! He is a great listener, and designed something for me that I wanted and loved (unlike other designers I have used who seemed to design something for themselves without taking my wishes into consideration). Lee is very prompt, considerate - overall a very positive experience. I'm not sure if I'm going ahead with the renovation yet - need to save a bit more $. But, if I do I will want Lee with me every step of the way.

We finally got around to a bathroom renovation in our 20-year old house; Lee and his team came in, did the design, and did the build all the way from conception to completion. The design is capital B BEAUTIFUL, and Lee made sure we had meticulous, detail-oriented and responsive subcontractors. The project took longer than we thought it would, but we can't argue about the results - we have our "dream" bathrooms, in an incredibly functional, modern design.

I have to say it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience working with Lee in the design process of our renovation. We love our home but now it is definitely time for a face-lift. Lee was referred to me by an interior designer who has great respect for Lee; I can understand why. Our main focus is the ground floor of our home. It is quite spacious with the kitchen area being the main focus. Lee worked diligently to learn as much as he could about me and my husband in order to produce a design which will not only enhance our home, but also our lifestyle. Over the months of meeting back and forth, Lee produced a wonderful design with a beautiful storyboard of ideas / samples. He was extremely diligent with taking the necessary steps to produce a quote which took into account all the aspects of the design. I feel extremely confident working with Lee again in the future, and I would not hesitate to refer Lee in the design process of one’s renovation. His precision to detail is commendable.

Lee Stergios was "just what the doctor ordered" when it came to our renovation. We had unsuccessfully tried to get a quote and design from at least two other kitchen renovation companies and Lee came to our rescue. He listened to our wants and needs, created an exciting concept and skillfully adapted the design as needed throughout the project. He even went "above and beyond" in helping us creatively hang our artwork when the reno was finished!
Additionally, we were impressed with the knowledge, attention to detail and workmanship that Jody Lentz exhibited during the renovation.
We would not hesitate to contact them for future projects.

Four years ago we hired Innova to redesign and remodel the entire top floor of our home including our master bedroom, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Their work was brilliantly conceived and professionally executed…on time and on budget. In fact, we were so impressed with their vision, their attention to detail and their respect for our home. we hired them to renovate our main floor kitchen, bathroom and deck.

When the time came to decide what we would do when the entire main floor was under renovation…where we would eat, cook etc…we decided that the trust they had established with us over the course of the upstairs renovation was so strong that we would just pack up and go on vacation for 3 ½ months and leave them to handle the project.

Make no mistake, we are a “hands on” couple who have a clear vision of what it is we want and how it has to function.. But the many discussions we had with Lee (the designer) and Jody (the Project Manager and contractor) assured us that we would could just relax and let them handle it.

It was exactly the right decision.

We kept in communication early on via email and they sent us pictures of the work as it progressed including all the new plumbing and electrical. They had earned our trust to the degree that when they sent us a photo of the first cabinets to be installed in the kitchen it had a message attached, “That’s it… you don’t get to see anything else until you get home.”

A month and a half later we walked in the door and not only had the kitchen, bathroom and deck been beautifully finished... but the entire main floor had been cleaned, painted, decorated and staged, as well….there were flowers, candles and even a wonderful painting by the designer himself.

The kitchen was astonishing…exactly what we had envisioned and perfectly executed…the aesthetics and the craftsmanship were wonderful. The bathroom and deck were far more beautiful than we could have imagined.

We have recommended Innova to out friends several times without hesitation and will continue to work with them on the transformation of our home.

We had a great experience with this company. Lee was thoughtful in the design of our home, all of the contractors through our home were polite, clean, and I never worried about having my young children around. The work was all done to the highest standard. Since the renovation we have had the ducts cleaned and the company said that they had never seen ducts so clean after a renovation. Our home was ready to move into when they were finished. The work came in on budget, and was meticulous. We are so happy with our new home. Even tradespeople we know have been impressed with the work. We have already recommended this company to friends and family.

Lee did a fabulous job designing and completing the work for our basement redesign which featured cabinets, new paint, and flooring. The cabinets were built and installed with care by his colleague Ian. Lee communicated professionally and effectively throughout the design, installation, and follow-up processes. Lee's work is excellent.
