This is our second project with Rick. He renovated our ensuite bathroom a few years ago.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Rick completed the project on time and within budget. He is always looking ahead to potential glitches (we had a few minor ones) and is great at coming up with solutions. His workmanship is A1. Having a kitchen reno is pretty disruptive to the household. Rick worked to minimize our inconvenience and ensured we had a semi functional kitchen throughout the project as much as possible.

Rick was prompt and polite throughout the process, particularly with respect to any concerns or questions we raised. He communicated with us about our expectations clearly and in a timely manner so that we were all on the same page.

The project took place during a particularly cold time of the winter, but made cuts either at his shop or in our garage, which was greatly appreciated because it minimized the dust in the house. I've already asked him for a quote on another project for the house, so that should speak volumes about my thoughts on his work.

We had Rick build some custom built-ins to help balance the fireplace in our great room. Our job was a little difficult since Rick had to try to work around my husband's large tv. I have to say that we were both very impressed with Rick's professionalism and the quality of the workmanship. Rick was always upfront about cost and timelines. He managed to trouble shoot any problems that came up with working around the tv and fireplace and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend Hayden to any friends or family. We would also use them for any future projects in our home.

We hired Hayden Renovations through research on the internet for some much needed changes to our family room. Rick added a coffer ceiling, built-in book cases on our fireplace wall, re positioned our fireplace and made arrangements to add stone work. I was totally impressed with Rick . He has amazing skills along with a persistence to make the job right and meet the customers requirements. I found Rick through searching the Internet for local companies. After reviewing his portfolio I had him come give me a quote and some design on ideas for my cabinets.
He came up with a great solution for a terribly placed bulkhead and a beautiful design for the builtins.

After seeing Rick's work on his website, we contacted him and asked him to visit our home to provide us information about building and installing a waffle ceiling and built-in cabinetry in our family room.
