Be warned that you MUST ask for photos taken by the technician for the "before and after" roof work. I trusted the technician and did not ask for inspection & paid in full. Right after the technician has left, I counted the new shingles & there were less shingles replaced than it was stated, and some existing shingles are still curling up. Right on the next day, they claimed they will charge $125 for a technician to come out to show me that there were 23 shingles installed, if they could prove that! And they claimed this is warranty, & shingles can be installed doubled up. So there is just no way to prove anything except if you climb up the roof AND peel off the new shingles to check if they were double layered. For simple works such as gutter cleaning they are ok. They like to state a higher price if you were hesitant then they will make you a "buy it now deal" situation. If you buy a Groupon I recommend you just stick to it and do NOT pay for any additional fees that would be on top of the Groupon value. Don't say that you are not warned. Their contract is arbitrary and includes long clauses stating NO WARRANTIES for ALL of their work. So all they care is just about NO liabilities, NO warranties. Any reputable business would be very concerned about customer service and wanted to help and resolve resolution. All they care is about pretending that they care when in writing and when they wanted to get out of responsibilities they will NOT put things in writing but give you a call to avoid any records. Their responses about the shingles work is: "How can you identify that they are not new?" Their responses to other customers' complaints regarding that they will be happy to send a technician to show you the new shingles that they have replaced, but have not mention that $125 will be charged if you have issues with their work. When I replace my roof in a few years I will find another trustworthy company that I have checked referrals from real life customers and have seen their actual work that were done several years back only. You lose my business.

I believe there is some confusion at this point. We do have warranties and you are entitled to one. The service charge of $125 is only if the technician comes out to fix the work and it is unrelated to the original work done. We had mentioned the service fee to you because you had told us that you hadn’t actually been up to your roof to check but were just checking from the ground. This doesn’t give us confidence that the technician’s work was done improperly. Not all of our technicians have cameras on them as it's usually not necessary.
