Marble Renewal

i was searching for a company to restore the badly stained Marble countertops in our kitchen. Marble Renewal were the first and only company that i called. Daniel Yang, the Account Manager for the company responded to my call immediately and arranged to meet me the same day to have a look at the countertops. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about restoration and was able to walk my wife and i through the process and told us what to expect upon completion. Daniel also provided an immediate quote for the work and because we were listing the unit for sale, he was able to arrange service within a couple of days.

Marble Renewal's technician Andre did exceptional work. He carefully inspected the countertops, covered the surrounding walls, floors and cook top and oven with plastic before turning on his equipment.

The workmanship was excellent, the countertops look brand new and Andre made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

Daniel arrived for our appointment on time, and made his recommendations and gave the estimate in a professional manner.
After we scheduled my work, I discovered that my "general contractor" had loosened several of the tub tiles, and I was afaid it would take forever to get them fixed. I emailed Daniel some photos of my problem...he discussed it with his contractor, and they were able to re-set the tiles and get the job done in a very timely manner.
This is the second time I have had Marble re-newal clean and polish my marble. I wouldn't call anyone else! Marble is beautiful...but difficult to keep that way. Jeff, the contractor adviced me on how to care for it, and sold me a small bottle of marble cleaner to help. I will have you back in a few years, when it's time to freshen up my bathrooms. I had Marble Renewal refnish all of our marble floors and bathroom countertops. The cost was competitive and the floors looked fantastic. The only issue was that there were waterstains that couldn't be removed on our bathroom counter three weeks after they were refinished. I called Daniel and he had his team come immediately and redo them. Although I haven't waited long enough this time to make sure the water stains do not come back, unlike most contractors I've dealt with, Daniel made sure we were happy long after his company was paid.

Daniel told it like it is. We knew there were limitations with the restoration, however, everything came back to life. Thanks for the high level of communication at all stages of the work. Definitely recommend this company to anyone. Wasn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

A very positive experience!!

We hired Marble Renewal to restore our slate vestibule floor. The floor looks no different than before it was cleaned. Had I known, when the floor was initially viewed for an estimate, that there was not much chance of the stain coming out, I would not have proceeded with the work. The estimator did not discuss this possiblilty. Frankly, I could have ripped the floor out and replaced it with tile for not much more than the cleaning charge. As I was hiring a company whose expertice is floor cleaning, I expected results superior to what would have resulted had I done the cleaning myself. Their website claims that with their cutting-edge restoration techniques, they can completely rejuvenate your surfaces, returning them to their original, factory-finish condition. This was not the result we experienced.
