I was very impressed with how nice and knowledgeable Ian was looking after my electric fireplace purchase. We initially purchased a Napolean fireplace but realized it was not an inserted fireplace. He realized the error and really took care of us. I never dealt with someone so professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend Omega to other friends and family.
