Residential and aircraft hangar electrical
Dealing with trades can be difficult and intimidating, with the scope of work, and various costs involved.Upon meeting Michael for the first time,my wife and I immediately felt any of these concerns put to ease, as he is genuinely professional, enthusiastic and passionate about his business. He assured us no job was to small;and we were struck by his attention to the detail for the project. He had valuable recommendations on how we could complete the project with our concerns for budgets and materials. He is very patient, and bore with us as the timelines dictated. All work was performed in a timely fashion.
We saw professionalism in his employees also, they obviously had mutual respect as he commanded enthusiasm from them as well.He is as much a leader as he is an equal.
Subsequently we had extensive work performed on an aircraft hangar.Again Michael appeared(quite surprisingly!),and was able to give guidance with respect to lighting requirements which have proved to be excellent for what we needed.
On one occasion,he even came over to perform a plug change on short notice(over and above/we would never have expected it!),so that we wouldn't be without a stove for the weekend. We were astounded and touched by this gesture, all too hard to find in this day and age!
I have witnessed, and am impressed by Michael's high standard that is over and above, and exceeds building codes. This has been instilled in his employees.
Michael and Bertling Electrical is an ideal balance of a larger business, with the personal feeling of having one person. You are left with a personal connection. We feel this to be very important.
Having had this excellent experience with the work performed for good value,I would highly recommend Bertling Electrical with no hesitation.
