I wanted my project to be over engineered and built to last. 3’ footings, 10” wall wrapped in rigid foam, reinforced with lots of steel, weeping tile throughout. Nic gave a fair price and a honest timeline. He showed up early, worked late, never asked for money till final stage and completion. He completed what we agreed upon at the start.
He is one of the good ones and highly recommended.
