Parada Kitchens & Baths

I would NOT recommend Parada. They renovated our bathroom and the work was extremely sloppy.
-contractor tried to keep old insulation that was mouldy as well as old subfloor, despite agreeing to have it all removed.
-water came leaking through our kitchen when they were testing the bath out because they forgot to close a valve.
-they did not use a wet saw when cutting the tiles so there are numerous chips in the tile.
-the corners where the drywall meets is not neat-very rough.
-we ended up paying someone else to clean up a lot of their messy work.

I am perplexed as to why they have so many good reviews. I feel that had we not been around when the renovations happened, who knows what would have been hidden behind the walls.
