We are very satisfied customers! Toronto vanlines moved us a month ago and we couldn't imagine a better deal and service. The guys came prepared, first of all they took care of house's safety and wrapped our furniture (that day was dirty and rainy). They put runners on the floors and took few minutes to figure out what goes out first and what at the end. Very professional. we will go back to them again.

Horrible company. Booked them 3 months in advance and on the day of the move they send a no name company that took 11 hours to move a 2 bedroom home that should have taken 6 hours total and they broke 2 pieces of antique. It took over a month to get a response to my complaint with end result of the manager yelling at me and told me that they are not responsible. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM. Cost $1,400 plus $1,200 in damages

HORRIBLE company to deal with, they damaged all of our furniture and it has been a month of trying to get them to replace or compensate for the damages they caused. No call back and it appears they are avoiding our calls. Ana is not truthful and I was told the owner/president of the company will not deal with the public. They damaged flooring and put a hole in our wall and got grease all over our new house flooring. I would NOT recommend this company at all. They make all the promises in the world and don't deliver any of them. We have had to get our lawyer involved.

I used Toronto vanlines last week to move my stuff into stotage and they were great. The price was very reasonable compared to othet estimates and everything went smoothly. They came on time and the movers were super proffessional and courteous. I am using them again in two months to move out of storage and into my new place and hopefully everything goes as smoothly as this time.

Toronto Vanelines was the best moving company I've ever dealt with: they were right on time, careful & respectful of my home and my new purchases, friendly, polite and did a great job getting everything set up exactly as I imagined and no damages. the move went so smooth and their price was just right.Thanks so much, guys - I'll definitely be calling you again!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have now been waiting for 3 months and have not been given the professional courtesy of a returned phone call. There was extensive damage to solid wood furniture (deep scratches) during our move, and the company refuses to honor the contract to insure damages. Half of the moving crew was very inexperienced, including the driver who broke a 15 foot limb off of our tree with his truck. While the quote may come in cheaper, remember that you get what you pay for.

Fantastic company. We got an in-home assessment from Ana who was completely professional and right on as far as quote went. The team of guys (led by Alex) was fantastic. Nothing got damaged and even though it ended up being longer than we thought on a stifling hot day, the guys never complained. They did a fantastic job, protected our furniture and walls. We will use them again the next time we move
