Drainage, Planting, driveway grading, stone work, retaining and lighting
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our work entailed 100' of unusable land in a protected area so the options were very limited. The Clark Design Group was able to remedy our drainage problems add a beautiful planting bed just using native plants along with floating decks and mulch paths which all met Urban Forestry's requirements. In the end we recovered over 4000 square feet of unusable land. In the front we had issues with grading which was resolved by a system of grades that allowed water to flow away from our garage.
