As a retail business owner, I have designed and built 6 stores with 5 different companies. As a homeowner that moves a lot, I have finished 3 basements, renovated a kitchen and more ... I've NEVER worked with a team as efficient, honest, dependable and "WOW" as this company. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had my basement done by Finished Basement.ca approx. 4 years ago. I had to called them recently to replace a piece of hardware on my shower door. They had the part and they brought it to my house. What Great customer service! Would highly recommend them for a basement renovation.

If you want contractors that keep to their word and follow through then hire finished basements and you will have no regrets. From the initial meeting to now, the experience was perfect. They will invoice you with great detail (literally down to each bag of cement) so you always know how every penny of your money is spent. There work is very professionally done and is completed on time, even if they have to work longer hours to complete it. Every person you deal with within the company are respectful professionals that are a pleasure to deal with. Do not hesitate to hire finished basements.ca they are the best in the business.

My experience with finishedbasement.ca was very positive from start to finish. Project estimating was extremely accurate with no surprises in the end. Construction was very well planned with each trade worked on my home as though it were their own. In the end, my basement received perfectly square framing, exceptionally smooth drywall, and professionally installed electrical, plumbing and flooring. As an added surprise, this contractor went the extra mile and installed wrought iron on our basement stairs despite all the technical challenges (and they didn't charge us extra - they just made it happen because they knew how important it was to us).

The work crew headed by John was on time, very polite and professional, did the work very efficiently, and left our home and the work area spotless! I would recommend them again unconditionally....thank you John and your assistant.

"You're in good hands" was what Kyle said to us after we put down the deposit, and boy was he right.

Initial meeting with Kyle was very positive, and he mapped out the options available to us. We were pretty much on budget till we started making changes. But they pushed forward, and still got the job done on time, even with the additional work.

Igor came out and mapped out the design in the basement, which was surprisingly helpful. We could really see it taking shape after that session.

Natalie, Kyle, Vitaliy, Igor and Maria answered all our questions and doubts from the beginning to end. Everything from tiles, doors, to budgets were addressed in a timely fashion.

The three teams were incredibly polite, professional and work extremely hard. They clean up after they are done every night, and were very accomodating to our schedule.

The basement looks great, and I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
