Great service on this relatively small job. I had additional soffit lighting added to my home and a repair of one light that was 30 feet in the air. Great work, honest quote, on time. This is the contractor to call for lighting.

Protect All is a fantastic roof repair company. We noticed water penetration through one of our roof vents and Dale Delport responded immediately and was at our home the following day. After a full roof inspection, Dale noticed that the builder forgot to caulk a few vents on our roof. Dale had it all fixed within 45 minutes and he sent me photos of the before and after the repair. Even better, I was able to coordinate with Dale without leaving work. This is the company we will always call in the future.

Exterior Doors (Main Entry, Upper Deck, Rear Kitchen, Walkout)
Lusso Design is an excellent choice to consider when looking for a fibreglass door contractor. We found Andrew to be knowledgeable, highly skilled and very much the perfectionist when tending to each step of our project. The only critique I could offer is that the main door took longer to manufacture than anticipated (but it was technically challenging and the result was worth the wait). All told, The number of door contractors throughout the GTA is overwhelming and we are thrilled about our desicion to hire Lusso Design. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Exterior Railings for Portico, Stairs and Upper Deck
Tarek and his team outperformed expectations and we could not be happier with the railings for our home. With curb visibility a primary concern, it was critical that our railings served as a continuation of the renaissance design of our home. With that, Tarek took the time to carefully review design concepts and technical needs to assure complete alignment on paper before starting fabrication. About a week later, Tarek presented us with the fabricated railings, which were fantastic and exactly what we asked for. About 10 days later, Tarek finished galvanizing and painting and the railings were installed in one day. If quality and beauty are your main concerns, I highly recommend that Tarek and his team at Smith Metal Works.

Retaining Garden Wall, Interlock Walkway, Apron, Curbs, and Concrete Pad
We hired Patrick's Interlock and Landscape Concepts for several projects around our home, including the installation of a retaining garden wall, front walkway, driveway curbs, apron, backyard walkway, and concrete pad capable of holding a 7000 lbs hot tub. Flagstone for Portico Entrance and Stairs
Professional Craftsmanship. High Quality. Finished to Perfection. We hired Three Little Pigs to install India Banas Flagstone for our Portico and steps. In the end we were extremely pleased with Dave, his team and the work they provided. Wayne and Scott were the assigned masons on the job, who we found to be the best we have seen in the industry. We are thrilled with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to hire Three Little Pigs again.

My experience with finishedbasement.ca was very positive from start to finish. Project estimating was extremely accurate with no surprises in the end. Construction was very well planned with each trade worked on my home as though it were their own. In the end, my basement received perfectly square framing, exceptionally smooth drywall, and professionally installed electrical, plumbing and flooring. As an added surprise, this contractor went the extra mile and installed wrought iron on our basement stairs despite all the technical challenges (and they didn't charge us extra - they just made it happen because they knew how important it was to us).
