Every step in the process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Our sales rep (Andrij) was amazing to deal with and answered any follow-up questions we had at all times of the day (including while on vacation).
Igor (owner) made you feel at ease when doing the initial walk through and final wrap-up with us and treats you like family. Very impressed with how he manages the overall operation.
Natalie was amazing when it came to picking out the materials required for the job and her knowledge and recommendations were beyond words. She made everything so easy and we are amazed at the results.
The crew including Nick & team, Igor & team, and every other individual that came to the house were truly professional and extremely neat and tidy. Can't begin to describe how great they all were to deal with each day.
Home theater was setup through Richard and team and I can't begin to describe the final product. Exceptional work.
We have one final piece to complete which is on back-order (bar area) but everything quoted was accurate and clearly detailed. No surprises at all.
