This was a fairy-tail experience for us. We got bamboozled by a nightmare contractor and then came across this team of absolutely stellar people.

 

From start to finish, every aspect of this reno was pure pleasure. There were the odd communication hiccups here and there but even those don't amount to being worth mentioning. Everything was explained well and in detail. Work was punctual and amazing.

 

Igor (owner) is a master at his trade and his realm of knowledge and detail is amazing. If he lays down 30" in scotch tape.....without measuring, it is within 3 mm. Very kind and amazing heart. Thank you so much Igor.

 

Andrij - the first face we saw from the company and he represents it extremely well. His ability to break down the numbers and the options and packages....basically atomizing the plethora of information that is involved in a whole basement reno, is second to none.  Thank you Andrij - hope i'm spelling that right man :).

 

Natalie - What an eye for design. Paint options, tiles, flooring, faucets......every single option that you helped us decide is nothing short of perfection. Thank you Natalie.

 

I honestly wish i knew the names of each and every person involved so i could thank them all once again individually. Every single aspect of the whole process was great.

 

The work was completed within 3 weeks through the Christmas holidays so that we would have a new living space for the new year. Mission accomplished guys.

 

The plumbers (Dad and son team) very kind and polite guys, went above and beyond to install our custom 16" shower head. This was quite a task and a close fit, but they did it. All the plumbing lines were run in one day....this entailed using a jack hammer and breaking through the concrete, running new drainage lines and covering with new concrete. This was all done in a day and you would never know that it was done. the finished product was as good as new. 

 

Electrical team, lead by Igor - I'm pretty sure if you ask this team to wire a 20 story building in a day, they will do it. 20 odd pot lights, new wiring, replacing the electrical panel with a new one, plugs...everything done per code and beautifully.

 

Demo and building team....these guys were fun. Music, laughing and fast as it can get. Precise work and they ALWAYS kept the space clean and safe. We have 2 curious little ones and we never thought it to be unsafe for them to go down there.

 

In all honesty, if paint and drywall compound dried faster, they would have been able to do the whole basement in a week. Every days progress was met with a wow from us. Not a single thing to change. You guys are amazing.
