I recently used finishedbasement.ca and I am very happy with the work that they did. The whole team was a pleasure to deal with in all phases of the project: estimate, design, construction, and final inspection. The work crew was very professional, hard-working, and friendly, the quality of their work was fantastic. The cost and timing were fully explained and detailed in the contract, and everything was completed on time. At the end of the project, minor adjustments to the cost were also itemized and fully explained at the final inspection. The showroom had plenty of choices for flooring, tiles, bathroom etc., and being able to make all my design choices at one time was very convenient. I had a few quotes before making my decision, and after seeing the work that was done and the level of service provided, I am extremely happy with the choice that I made. I would recommend them without any hesitation!
