Called Roy with an emergency situation. He told me when he would be there and about how much it would cost. He came when he said he would and proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem and even though he corrected the original problem, the results were not to his liking so he worked at it from an another location until he was satisified. In the end I'm sure he spent more of his Sunday morning than he thought he would, but the price quoted was what he charged. Thanks Roy.

I moved into a house with THREE previous owners who used COPIOUS AMOUNTS of animal grease and threw most of it down the drain!!!!! I called Roy to preventively avoid my basement from backing up! He was magnificent!!! If grease was thrown down the drain in your house, don't wait!!!! Call Roy!

I decided to call Roy in for my main drain inspection as preventative measure, to see whether the pipes are in good shape. Roy always answers the phone by himself and I am glad i don't have to go through a receptionist, or an answering service before getting through. Roy is very good at what he does. He patiently answers each questions and offers some very good tips on maintaining our drain.

The main drain in my basement was clogged. Roy came in and ran his camera through the drain. He took the time to show me what was causing the problem and also explained what options we could take if the problem occurs again in the future. He was able to clear the blockage. The price he charged for his services was reasonable and I would not hesitate to call him back again in the future.

We have a small building in which we like to do most of the work, but in this case we found that we needed to get a professional plumber. The first one we called came and tried to clear the blockage and couldn't. Told us that it was probably caused by tree roots or a collapsed pipe. Informed us that it would be thousands of dollars to fix. We decided to get several estimates. The first one just gave us a quote without really looking into the problem. Roy's common sense approach to trying to fix the problem before going to extreme measures is a breath of relief.

My house's building drain clogged, causing overflow of the floor drain this week. Roy was referred to me by Markham city service. His service was exceptional, helping me cleaned the grease and tree roots in the pipe completely. Through his expertise, he help me find the cleanout port underneathe the floor plate which made the complete clean possible. Otherwise, I need to spend another $600 to have someoneelse dig one in the basement.

I would recommend his service without any reservation.

I was referred by the City of Markham to call Roy to fix a damaged pipe which caused severed sewage backup in my basement. I called Mr. Rooter initially out of desperation and lack of experience in this area. They charged me a total $900 to run a camera through the pipe to find out the problem as well as to flush the drain. They also estimated almost $6,000 to fix it and also said that they will need to dig externally which will require them to disturb a landscaped flowerbed and small retaining wall. Roy did the job for $2,000 and waived his camera fee and he only had to remove three shrubs to get to the area. He also replanted the shrubs. Although he could not guarantee the shrubs will live - it has been over a week and the shrubs are still alive! Roy was a real pleasure to deal with despite the situation.

Roy was assisting another contractor to find existing drain lines in the basement of my house. he quickly found exactly where they were with his "high tech" stuff and made for a fast completion of the job
