Imperial Sealing

I contacted Gianni at Imperial service after reading the glowing reviews on Homestars, after a completely botched re-sanding job for my backyard patio interlock by another contractor. Unfortunately this gentleman did such a sloppy job, my wife and I were mortified by the result. Thank God we called Imperial Sealing. Gianni was very responsive from my initial inquiry and throughout the entire process, was polite, respectful, and like others have said, truly a gentleman. He took the time to actually listen and understand our concerns, and genuinely cared to address them. We had him power wash and re-sand our patio and he restored our patio to the way it was when it was installed. Gianni and his crew were not only excellent at their craft, but do honest work with integrity, something that is very rare nowadays. I’m so happy to have found someone that is reliable, great at what they do, and just a good person. I will definitely be calling Gianni again for all interlock-related needs going forward, and would rate Imperial Sealing 20/10 stars if I could. Thank you Gianni and Imperial sealing, you gave us our patio back :). Posting before and after photos.
