NO Customer service

Old Toronto

Do not purchase from them. Horrible customer service!! They do not admit mistakes. Instead blame the customer for their errors. No apologies at all for the countless days of missed work so that they can get their act together. Their manager Willem Jr only knows how to place the blame on customers. Does not know anything about customer service at all. Stay away unless you like headaches.
